1. Exchanges

Eligibility :

All sales are final, we do not offer any kind of return and Refund, We are only providing exchange on the products. You may exchange items within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The hijab is damaged.

  • The color of the hijab does not match your expectations. 

Conditions for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the hijab must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Eligible Items:

Items not eligible for exchange include:

  • Hijabs that have been worn or altered.

  • Sale items or clearance products.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue (damage or color mismatch).

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the hijab.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a hijab that is damaged or does not match the color you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange once we verify the issue.
